I've always wanted to sew long john's for my kids. I love the Old Navy jammies they we always doubled as a base layer for winter sports. So, I found a totally awesome tutorial pattern and tried it out.
First, knit fabrics are a bit fussier to sew with, and I had to try my hand at using a double needle. But once I figured it all out, it was a very simple pattern and I LOVE the finished product.
I was just a dolt and made Miss A a size 12 month set instead of a 18 month set. So I quickly whipped up another set. It's that easy!
She's just mad because I wanted her to sit still for the picture! Such a busy body this one! <3
